2nd COACHING MOBILITY – ANA & ROK

As part of our Erasmus+ project, trainers Ana and Rok successfully completed their mobility at AETOI Thessaloniki in Greece, which took place from 27 April to 9 June 2026.

During their stay, they took part in daily training sessions and worked directly with children with mild disabilities. Alongside experienced Greek coaches, they learned how to adapt activities to different motor and cognitive needs and how to create a safe and encouraging environment where every child can experience success.

They also gained valuable insight into how inclusive sport programmes are planned and delivered in practice, from setting goals for each child to tracking progress and working together with parents.

Ana and Rok brought home new knowledge, methods and good practices that we will gradually introduce into our regular activities. This mobility is another important step towards our goal of opening dedicated groups for children with special needs and making inclusive sport a permanent part of what we offer.

As this was the final mobility of the project, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to AETOI Thessaloniki for their wonderful collaboration throughout. Their hospitality, dedicated mentorship and the knowledge they shared with us have left a lasting mark on our association, and we look forward to building on this partnership in the future.units, methods for working with mixed-ability groups, and approaches that will raise the quality of our work. With this, our association takes another step closer to its goal of opening dedicated groups for children with special needs and making inclusive sport a permanent part of what we offer.

Our sincere thanks go to AETOI Thessaloniki for their open doors, dedicated mentorship and generous sharing of knowledge. The best experiences are the ones you can pass on and that is exactly what we now intend to do.
